一年一度的端午節即將到來~ 每到這期間就看到各大品牌推出端午禮盒,很多包裝別緻又氣派 但對我而言,內容物好吃才是重點! 像奇華年年熱賣的肉粽,會熱賣不是沒有原因的~ 這就來品嘗奇華端午限定的五月粽 當我把肉粽放在電鍋裡蒸時,家裡飄出陣陣粽葉香~ 兩隻小鬼聞香便問:「媽媽,妳在煮什麼?好香喔~我聞到好香的味道,聞到我都肚子餓了。」 我分別加熱「港式叉燒粽、干貝五花腩肉粽、紫米豆沙粽」 這個是港式叉燒粽,每年肉粽就是端午節的基本配備,特別的是這塊叉燒肉,選用台灣國產上等梅花肉醃製燒烤,品嚐到最後還帶有淡淡焦糖味,在特別節日來點港式口味更感新鮮呢! 米飯還有添加藜麥,吃起來口感相當Q彈,不會軟爛,真不愧是手工製作 而且單米飯的味道及口感就很足夠,裡面還有蝦米整體吃起來超級銷魂 這是干貝五花腩肉粽,裡面有一顆完整的干貝,真是真材實料 除了海鮮當然還有肉,選用帶一點肥肉的五花腩肉,肥而不膩,更是軟嫩入味,還有肉粽的精隨「蛋黃」,一口飯一口料超豐富 喔~還有一大朵香菇,又香又多汁更讓整體口感提升不少 我們家歪嘴雞🐔吃一口,立馬說:「嗯~好吃耶~」 而且一開始我還想說吃肉粽就是要加甜辣醬,特地準備甜辣醬,但後來我發現奇華的肉粽不沾醬就很好吃呢~真夠味...
