坦白說,我不是一個愛運動的人 但懷張小嘟時,體重一路飆升到75kg,最後一次產檢站在體重機上看到這數字,差點沒直接暈過去 當時我就立志一定要瘦得比孕前還瘦! 就這樣開始跑健身房做重量訓練,每週三次,每次約2個多小時 達成瘦身的目的,也是那時候開始養成運動習慣,更認識運動健康管理的重要性 那天來到喜悅健康診所,是一間擁有多位專家團隊所組成,有專業的醫療團隊、健康管理、運動等等 位於龍江路上的喜悅健康診所,外觀一點也不像診所呢 隨著步伐往樓下走,每踏一步都讓我驚豔著,因為這真的感覺像高級私人會館 櫃檯 沙發休息區 這裡處處都有藝術品 覺得我身後這幅小狗畫作很好看,色調筆觸搭配的和諧 後來一問之下,才知道老闆喜愛藝術,也相當有品味,常常會一直更換畫作 是說~~老闆下次要不要掛我的畫~~😆...
